Vietnamese government amended RESIDENTIAL HOUSING LAW AND LAW ON REAL ESTATE BUSINESS so that overseas Vietnamese, foreigners, and foreign companies would purchase house legally in November 2014 and brought the Law to effect on July 1 2015.
